CDO Group has developed its own internal training team by requiring all field based Contract Managers to hold formal training qualifications.
CDO Group will conduct a training-gap analysis for all new starters to ensure that we identify knowledge deficits and provide all the necessary underpinning knowledge for the proper conduct of their job role. We start with a pre-deployment programme for new starters that introduce them to CDO Group, as well as providing training that is specific to the CDO Group client with whom they will be deployed. This is the start of a process of planned continuous professional development that can include NVQs in security and customer service, Fire marshal training and first aid.
