CDO Group are also the only security supplier in the area to be accredited by the Security Industry Authority’s Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) – making us the only company to offer a comprehensive, fully audited rapid response service for Macclesfield and the surrounding areas.

All of our Response and Patrol Officers are ex-serving Royal Marines or Police Officers, and with additional training in conflict management, physical restraint, first aid and customer service, they are able to provide unparalleled levels of service and professionalism.

We also work directly with the police, local authorities – and of course our clients – to share intelligence, act on local concerns and actively tackle criminal activities across the region.

Investing in public safety

In addition to working with the most highly qualified and experienced personnel available, CDO Group have also invested in top of the range equipment, and all of our Officers are supported by our bespoke surveillance and communications infrastructure.

Our vehicles are environmentally friendly, eco-diesel 4x4’s and are capable of handling all kinds of terrain, even in severe weather conditions. Our vehicles are also equipped with GPS and CCTV, providing a failsafe means to record incidents and - together with our digital reporting system – allow our clients to keep up to date with the status of their premises, day and night.

All of our Response Officers are also equipped with personal CCTV cameras and are fully licensed to handle video evidence, meaning every incident is fully documented and the service we provide is completely transparent.
